We’re so excited because today is the Children’s Halloween Parade and we’re sponsoring it for the first time! The parade is organized by the awesome folks at the Friends of Carroll Park. Marchers should begin assembling near the Park House at 11:30 a.m. and the parade will begin at noon. Carroll Park parents do an awesome job with the costumes, as you can see here, so you have to stop by and check it out.
