Our pastry chef Stephanie’s latest creation is a contender for the BEST COOKIE EVER. It’s a neat twist on a peanut butter and jam sandwich cookie, but instead of peanut butter, she’s using sunflower butter. The jam is made from local strawberries and is a beautiful color. Crunchy sunflower seeds are sprinkled on top. If you try one, let us know what you think. We’re smitten.
